Tiny Feet

I had to re-do this feet page, I just didn't like the other one. This is pretty basic....the 3 heart punch, and Bella Bleau DSP (SU). I added 3 white heart brads at the bottom.

Chloe and Markus

I seem to have been doing a lot of layouts of Chloe and Markus, but we hang out quite often and they are just so darn cute together (and born only 1 day apart!!) I can't take any credit for the design of this layout...I attended a scrapbook layout class at Carrie Gaskin's (my upline), and this is what she came up with. I love the two step stamping. I have had the layout for awhile and came accross this picture, and the colors seemed perfect!

Ink: baja breeze, white gel pen

Accessories: 1" punch, cord. buttons, scalloped edge punch, pacific point ribbon, paper piercer and mat pack (hard to see, but it is on the black strips above and below the pics.)

Playing with my circle scissors

I wasn't sure where I was going with this, but in the end I really liked how it turned out.
I am trying to used up alot of my retired supplies as you will notice in my next few days of posts (DSP, etc). I can't remember the name of this particular paper, but the colors are only orange, old olive, celery, and bashful blue. I did the journaling with my word program and printed it on vellum.

My little pilot

Haloween 2006 (yes, I am really that far behind in my scrapbooking!!)
I am really not sure which specific companies any of these products are from, as it was stuff I found in my craft room. The Airplanes and stars are rub-ons, and for the letters I used the naturally serif alphabet sizzix die (SU). The three circles in the corner are actually metal tags that I mounted on 2" circles.

Medallion

I love this stamp, it is quite simple, but with all the shimmer I didn't want to take away from the main image. I stamped the main image in versamark twice and embossed it. Then I punched out the middle and popped it up with dimensional.

Stamps: Medallion background stamp, heard from the heart

Ink: melon mambo, versamark

Paper: melon mambo, whisper white

Accessories: filigree designer brad, modern label punch, 1 3/8 circle punch, iridescent ice

MOJO MONDAY 104

Look!!! I actually did a mojo monday sketch on Monday, not weeks later!!
I don't know what I will do with all of these Halloween cards, but I do love this stamp set!!

Stamps: Beware Pirates

Ink: basic black, craft white

Paper: kraft, basic black, lavendar lace, Stampin Up DSP (?)

Accessories: star brad, crystal brad, black brads, linen thread (all SU)

O' Christmas tree

This is one of the creations from Heather Summers punch class. It is day 14 of the class and this is the first one I have actually sat down and made!
Colors are old olive, ruby red, and more mustard. I stamped the "presents" underneath the tree with a stamp from Serene Snowflakes to look like wrapping paper. The tree is made with the 2 largest hearts from the heart-to-heart punch and the greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.

Halloween

This page is for Mitchell's book. The designer paper is from the last catalog (SU), I cut out 3 1/2 in sqares and mounted them on old olive to go in between the pictures. The bats, spider, and gravestone are a cuttlebug die, and embossing folder (for the gravestone).

Extreme elements....

This was a birthday card I made for my son's friend. He loves pirates (and swords). I used the beware Pirates and the Extreme Elements stamp sets. The above pic is another version I did with the same sets.

Today's scrapbook page

I used Tim Holtz "mask" for the letters, I sponged distress ink over the stencils, not sure who the papers are by, but the ribbon is SU, as are the punches in gray with the brother stamp.

For a friend

quick easy card using mostly punches. Large and small oval, modern label and butterfly punches. The Sahara sand background is embossed with swirls.

Soccer Champs

Mitchell's team won the gold medal and Delta Cup again last season. I used the star wheel for the background, my star sizzix die to cut out the different star sizes and the soccer stamp set. I embossed the images in black and cut them out and placed them in various places popped up with dimensionals.

Halloween 2007

This was Markus' first trip to the Pumkin Patch. He was too cute.
I used a cuttlebug die and matching embossing folder for the pumkins, some chipboared numbers SU cardstock. On the Kraft CS I used the distress wheel (SU) to add some texture to the background.

Friends

Markus and Sofia meet for the first time...now great friends!
Pink piroette, so saffron, baja breeze, notebook spiral punch, star punch.

Yet another day at the park!

These were some random co-ordinating papers that I had and wanted to use up. It's a bit busy, but it works!

Jumping

I am not a huge fan of 2 page layouts, but I seem to be doing a lot of them lately, it is too hard to narrow down to just 1 or 2 pics sometimes!
I used a similar color scheme as the last post: baja breeze, kiwi kiss, basic gray and either Urban Garden or Urban Oasis DP from Stampin' Up. I did the journaling on my computer an printed in on vellum, oh and the Jumble Alphabet (SU)

A day at the park

I used the urban Garden DP (SU) with basic gray and baja breeze paper. I used little strips of gray to seperate the pictures so they didn't run together. The rub-on I used didn't go on very well on the textured cardstock, so I have since fixed it!!

Monday, September 7, 2009

Love this pic!

I used the DP paper from Sale-A-Bration (SU), small and large star punches, and thge Big Deal alphabet which I stamped and cut out for the title. I added 2 star brads (SU) after, because that space seemed to need something. The ribbon is the b&w gingham (SU)

Papa with the boyz!

I swear I have been doing TONS of scrapbooking, but I haven't had time to take pics or blog with work and summer, etc....Anyways, I like the way this paged turned out....I used the 1 inch circle to create the scallop edges, the images are rub-ons that I cut out (the 4 top right ones were mounted on the scallop square), and I printed the journaling on my computer. All of the cut out images (birds, butterflies, words) are popped up on dimensionals.
