Mini Album

Yeah...after weeks of sitting on my desk, I finally used my Bind-it-All (that I just had to have!) This is a mini-album I made for my mother-in-law for her birthday. I used lots of rub-ons which I seem to want to just save and never use, so I am quite proud of myself!
"Yammis" is how you say cheers in Greek. I stamped the letters from the Big Deal Alphabet (SU) and then cut them out.

Last Page

One of my favorite parts of this album is this key and lock that I added at the last minute because this page was missing someting. The lock was a scrap I had lying around from one night when playing with my nesties...the key is a charm from making memories and I just attatched it with twine.

Simple b-day card

I wasn't going to make a card to go with this mini-album, but at the last minute decided to...so it is quite simple, using some scraps I had and using my new favorite: the curly label punch (SU)!

Address Book

This is an address book made from a Bo Bunny kit. Using all BO Bunny patterned papers. I modified it a bit and used rub-ons for the letters for each section (from Making Memories)

Pink Cat Studio stamps, nesties, SU scallop punch and cuttlebug Happy Birthday embossing folder.

Apple card

I accidently used crackle accents for the apple cores instead of glossy accents, but it turned out okay! Summer Picnic DP from SU, and Amuse stamps.

Valentine's Day

I got my SU order today with tons of new DP, so I actually made 3 cards in one day!

Christmas Book

I know the pic on the front isn't very Holiday like, but I didn't have one with all of us.
This is from a class I did at Clipper Street, learned to use the Zutter Bind-it-All then HAD to go purchase on for myself! Stay tuned for more books...

My first "Word" book

This is for my new favorite baby, Nikolas. It took me forever to pick the papers, they are from many different companies, next time I will likely use SU designer paper to make it easier to match colors. I know...a bit over kill on the ribbon, maybe a bit less on the next one!

Gift Box

This is a gift box I made for my friend for her birthday. Another one of my new stamps from Tim Holtz' line. I used Grungeboard to make the custom tag, and the "thing" at the top (which I didn't really care for....should have left that off!) I inked the tag up with distress ink, stamped happy birthday, and added twill tape for the name to be stamped onto. I stamped, then embossed the background image so it is a bit shimmery (I have to add some kind of sparkle to pretty much everything!!)

Not Sure

What I would use this card for but I love the saying! I use ranger crackle paint (old paper) on the background, then inked Brick red over it, added some dew drops...easy!

I forgot....

how to post...that's how long it has been!! I finally realized that the reason was because I was logged out....duh!!!!
Anyways, I have lot's of projects on the go, I finished a Christmas album, and have 2 more in the works, a b-day and a baby album. I forgot my Christmas album at work so have no pics to post as of yet. I bought myself a Zutter for Christmas so hope to get lot's of use out of it in the New Year. I also just received $250 worth of Tim Holtz stamps in the mail which I hope to get to as well. I just got over 4 days of serious flu so will be back in the groove soon (I hope)!
My craft room is a disaster...if anyone has any ideas on how to store/organize loose already cut ribbon PLEASE share with me!

Cheers, and Happy New Year to all...
